How can we help?

Quick answers on buying passes, arrival, refunds, and account issues. Still stuck? We'll get back within one business day.

Booking & passes

How do I buy a parking pass?

Search the event on our browse page, pick a lot that works for you, confirm the number of passes, and check out. Guest checkout is supported, you don't need to create an account.

You'll get an email with your pass the moment payment clears, usually within seconds.

When do I receive my pass?

Immediately. As soon as payment clears, we email a digital pass (QR code) and add it to your My passes page if you have an account.

If you don't see it within a minute, check your spam folder: the sender is notifications@notifications.parkministry.com passes@parkministry.com.

Do I need to print my pass?

Unless otherwise specified by an operator, no. Our digital passes work off your phone. The attendant scans the QR code straight from your screen. Bring it up before you reach the lot so the line keeps moving.

If you prefer paper, the pass page has a print option.

Refunds & changes

Can I cancel my booking?

Most lots allow you to cancel for a full refund up until 24 hours before the event. After that, refunds are only issued if the event itself is cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancel from My passes → pick the pass → Cancel & refund. The refund is sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

Cancelled: we refund 100% automatically within 48 hours. You don't need to do anything.

Rescheduled: your pass is automatically moved to the new date. If the new date doesn't work, use the refund button on your pass within 7 days of the schedule change.

At the lot

How do I use my pass when I arrive?

Pull up to the lot entrance, open your pass on your phone, and show the QR code and confirmation number to the attendant or scanner.

Can I arrive early or stay late?

Each pass has a check-in window shown on the pass itself. Arriving before or staying after that window is at the operator's discretion and may incur extra charges from the lot.

For most events the window opens 2–3 hours before doors and closes 1 hour after the event ends.

What if the lot is full when I arrive?

This shouldn't happen: we cap sales at the operator's stated capacity and most lots have guaranteed reserved parking. If you're ever turned away with a valid pass, contact us immediately at support@parkministry.com and we'll refund and try to reroute you.

That's the Park Ministry Guarantee : if the lot fails to honor the pass, we do.

Account & payments

Do I need an account to buy a pass?

No. Guest checkout works fine: we send the pass to whatever email you enter. An account is just convenient: you get all your passes in one place, can share them with a click, and skip the checkout form next time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices shown are in the currency of the lot.

Are there any extra fees?

Aside from a small payment processing fee, the price on the lot card is the price you pay.

How do I find my past purchases?

Log in and go to My passes. Upcoming passes are at the top; past passes are in the history section below. Each past pass has a Download receipt button for expense reports or refunds.

If you checked out as a guest, use the link from your purchase confirmation email — there's a receipt button there too.

Selling parking

I have a parking lot. How do I list it on Park Ministry?

Head to our operator registration. It takes about 10 minutes: you tell us where the lot is, how many spots, what events you want to cover, and how much you charge. We handle the rest, including payments, QR codes, and customer support.

There's no listing fee. We only make money when you do.

No questions match that search. Try a different word, or reach out directly.
