The short version. Park Ministry is how parking operators get their inventory in front of buyers. You list your spaces once with us; we broadcast them to StubHub, SeatGeek, and the other marketplaces where fans book their event night, as well as to our own marketplace. We handle the tech: listings, digital passes, payments, payouts, and keeping every channel in sync so you never sell the same space twice.

01Why we built it

Sixty thousand people bought tickets to the game on StubHub. Not one of them was shown the lot two hundred feet from the gate. The operator wasn't outbid for that audience, they were structurally invisible to it. No feed, no integration, no way in. So the good nights sold out on foot traffic, the rest went half empty, and nobody knew which kind of night it was until the cars stopped coming. The operators big enough to matter never had this problem. Venue-side incumbents plug straight into the ticketing flow. Independent lots, hotel decks, and driveways had no equivalent. Not because the marketplaces didn't want the inventory, but because there was no plumbing between them. So we built the plumbing. One canonical listing, pushed to StubHub, SeatGeek, and the parking marketplaces next in line, with holds and availability syncing back so an operator can be on five channels without overselling a single space. List once, sell everywhere fans are already shopping. That's the product.

02What we stand for

Three things we won't compromise: for the operator side of the business, the rules look like this:

01
Transparent payouts.
You see the exact dollar amount you'll be paid before before the event starts. No mystery deductions, no "we'll figure it out next month." Funds are sent to your bank account within 24 hours of event close.
02
Respect your time.
Setup takes 20 minutes, not 6 weeks. No 80-page contract, no "implementation specialist," no monthly demo calls. The phone you already own is the scanner. Your existing bank account is the payout destination.
03
Fair to both sides.
You set your price. We don't cut your margin to close the sale, and buyers see the fees before they pay.

03What changes

The old way and the new way, side by side.

Before:
  • You're on one or two channels, and everything else is walk-up.
  • Every marketplace means another portal, another login, another inventory count to keep straight.
  • You find out how a night actually went after it's over. Pricing is set once and left alone or manually re-keyed across every channel.
  • Sold out in one place, still selling in another. Somebody gets turned away.
After · with POS
  • One listing, live on StubHub, SeatGeek, our native marketplace, and more: in front of fans while they're still buying tickets.
  • Add a channel without adding work. We map your inventory to each marketplace's format.
  • Revenue and capacity in real time, during the event, on your phone.
  • Change a price once. It propagates everywhere. Holds sync across channels automatically. Auto-pause when you're full.

04Who we are

A small US-based team of engineers, designers, and marketplace liaisons. We don't pretend to know your lot better than you: we built tools that get out of the way.

We're headquartered in the United States and operate exclusively in US markets for now.
